Newbie assistance, can any one identify this frame for me?

Hiya, long time lurker, first time poster

Ive just noticed this bike pop up for sale here in New Zealand, I don't know much about Retro MTB gear, I was wondering if any one could identify this frame for me? See the photo attached.

The seller doesn't seem to know anything about the bike, and my knowledge is limited to the derailers and shifters!

Any info would be appreciated.

I've seen a milazo in this style before. but do not think they'd have a Manitou fork. Pretty sure the one for sale before was full rigid. Are the components good stuff?

Pretty much all Deore DX, with deore DX thumbies.

For the right price even if it was a Milazo its worth it for the parts. Though I think for a while there was some ok stuff coming out with that name. The milazo I previously saw on trade me had pretty average parts
