Another day, some more cleaning - and polishing.

One unexpected ‘problem’ was separating the locked nuts - tightly locked!

The inner one required a thin spanner. Couldn’t find one until

Yep, finally a use for a “Raleigh spanner”.

Now the levers.

Bizarrely the only thing those flat stamped spanners are good for, and yet they numbered in their millions in the 1970s,
but still no-one adjusted their brakes!

Got new TA bolts in the post and fitted to Williams B100 chainset
