it was me that put them on, when i was a puny 15 year old. i was surprised that my 15 year old legs couldnt undo my puny 15 year old arm-doings.

left hand crank came off fine

the old STX's that needed a pace spider adapter to take regular rings. i was gutted when they got knackered - even if it was my own fault

you need swarfega - the mechanics product of choice for years.

my dad swears by it, so did his dad, and his dad before him...

all mechanics of some sort with constant dirty paws til dinner...!

Swarfega Natural looks just like custard and leave your hands smelling citrusy fresh ! What more do you need ....

Best stuff is the Swarfega with the 'bits' in it - more abrasive... personally I use latex gloves (worries my wife!)...

bike a little heavier than you would like

remove gears so there is just one left!

sheds pounds off your bike and ends up very smooth and quiet
and looks nicer too
