Anybody run these? I need to know how thick they are :? :D
I have a plan to build a two speeder...single cog at the back and two rings up front..and use of Melvin to keep the tension.
Some singlespeed rings are quite think...Gusset for example.
What I think I want to do is mount 2 Renthal rings on a Middleburn Dual Spider...but will standard chainring bolts work?

You're in luck Carlos , mine is 5mm across the tabs and the teeth are 1.7mm . The tabs have a slight recess on the outside for the head of the bolt to sit into . I can't measure it but it'll be a fraction of a mm .

They're nice but I wouldn't have another at £40 .

How about 2 surly stainless rings ? 2.5mm . I guess you would have to space them if your using a indexed shifter but they would never wear out .

Thanks Perry...that's what I was after...5mm is pretty thick, don't think chainring bolts will work with two and the spider of course.
Surly is another option....not using any shifters.
Cheers
Carl
