I have added a new article to my "On the Drops" site on the Raleigh Charles Holland Continental:
http://on-the-drops.blogspot.com/2017/0 ... ental.html
This was one of the shortest lived Raleigh lightweights, thanks to the War, and used by Holland on two of his RRA records. The first Raleigh designed for mass start racing.
And one of the few Raleighs for which I have no evidence of one being in restored condition today. I passed on one back in 2003 because the max frame size is 22" and just too small for me! Haven't seen one since.
Special thanks to Peter Jourdain for his enormous help and generosity with this and making available articles in "Cycling" from his collection.
