I sent something standard post and I have a receipt that I sent the item and I was told at the PO it was insured up to £39.
The buyer says they haven't received it. How do the PO check whether or not it was delivered when it is standard delivery?
I don't have a receipt to prove the value of the item because it was second hand, but on the other hand the PO don't know what I sent so do I produce a different receipt ?

When retro bling disappears into the thieving jaws of a cut throat, cut rate courier I want to know ( as in the case of my disappeared wheels and ALSO my disappeared mech ) I can get the cash to get another.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE insure the stuff you post and b*ll*cks to the speed of postage. Use the money you'd blow on next day delivery to insure the gear instead by slowcoach mail.
