Neat CNC Brace...but who made it?

Just picked up a small cache of newer parts and there were a few older goodies in there like some Red precision Billet Rear Der, XT Thumbies, turquoise Ringle Moby,Moxie Post Some Silver Kooka Levers and some Green Kooka Levers XT Headset, F&R BLack Grafton Speed Controllers & some mystery brakes and this brace.
Any ideas on its origins? Any idea based on bolt pattern what I can attach it to? Tried a Judy and a Manitou and they werent close.
Also...any ideas on the brakes? THey are definetly not Tektro level and feel very very nice.

Pretty sure the brakes are Campa Record OR.
Very nice, but I don't fancy your chances of finding the missing bits!
