I'd like to try Winlatter at some point but alas I will be in the heartlands of the NWA that weekend. I'm taking the girls to the Oulton Park Gold Cup for their first taste of historic motor racing

Went to Thrunton today, 1st time in far too long. Didn't last very long though, had to send my mate off to casualty to be patched up :roll:

Traverse. It was his 1st time at Thrunton, he has vowed to go back! Should have perhaps started with the top of hp sauce 1st...

He initially thought a twig had gone in just below his knee cap and emerged about an inch lower, if it did, it removed itself. He rode back to the car ok, but I sent him to cas to get it cleaned up. Apparently it's pretty deep and they've given him anaesthetic whilst they fix it. Nothing broken other than pride.
We were planning on heading to Coe Crag and then back up for Cresta & Hp
