Huh, I stand corrected.

That rear brake bridge is exactly the same as all the 1990 models but doesn't feature on any of the 1991 models (except the Explosif catalogue picture). I've looked up heaps of 1991 Explosif and they all have dog collars. That small white oval sticker on the seat tube matches the 91 Cinder Cone as does the Suntour rear mech but that brake bridge is very odd.
