Mystery fork

This came on a Ritchey Ultra, late 80s. Wondering what this fork is. It looks a bit like a Pace fork but I havent seen others exactly like this one.

Shiney so I think it's not the recalled version, so could make it 92ish?

Great info. I found a Track Two sticker on the fork. I will likely end up selling it as it isn't integral to the Ritchet.
