Mystery and Unidentified Parts

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone knows owt about this company and whether they would possibly be 90's, or maybe over the border slightly into the new millennium?
Found on ebay - everything but the bearings.
Oh, ti spindle is hollow too.
I like the look of it anyway...🤓
Thanks for any help. 🤙

I have these handlebars without markings that I thought might be Tange steel though it turns out they're not magnetic and they don't appear to be aluminium as the walls are thin. They have the hue of titanium, I thought they might be nickel plated though a few nicks seem to show this is the natural colour. Is there any other way of checking to see what metal they might be? Cheers
Could be Sakae Powerbulge titanium bars.

Its not a company I was aware of bitd however I have seen some of their stuff on ebay. For example the bolt in the link below. Could be a red herring but the lack of a website URL on the packaging says more 90s rather than 2000s to me in that particular case.

Thank you!
Yes, now I've seen the rather dated looking packaging on that stem bolt, I would certainly say 90's!
Plus the lack of a web address, which is something I keep forgetting happened around the millennium too and is a good pointer.
I don't have use for another stem bolt though, but these (with the same dated packaging) I possibly could use in my Links 846 forks so I swiped them as well.
