Just this moment bought these, Specialized S-Works Strongarm's, I understand they were made by Sugino but don't know when they were made. I would also like to find out what bottom bracket width they'd take. Thinking of polishing them and seeing how they look on my Kona, I presume they're solid arms.

Update, I was Googling last night and found out that the '97 S-Works M2 which used a version of the Strongarm cranks used a 110mm bottom bracket.

Spent some time polishing them, think they look pretty smart.

Anyone got an AC downhill version left side crank ? just the left side as i have the right and ring but its all forlorn


Current White industries crank im intending to use in my Team Retro project (if it ever gets bloody finished)
Theres a purple middleburn CD granny on ebay new at the mo,and it would be ideal, but the shading looks different :? more matt*.

the Turbine has had a couple of rides looks new

the xt has quite a few tiny scratches the flash makes them look worse then they do in the flesh

the rivets are loose so it would need them removed an new ones or makeshift bolts

dam shame as its a nice looking set an rather light

cranksets are things of beauty , not surprised people can become obsessed, as its like art work,/ collections etc, a huge amount of work goes into producing some of these master pieces
