my new project - 1988 Raleigh Quadra

I have been looking for a 531 frame locally for a while and finally found one 5 miles away.
Its a Raleigh Quadra and does need some work, parts and
tlc.
I am cleaning the frame up with some GT85 and T cut.

Can you still get the Raleigh decals for the main tubes?

My plans are to T cut and clean the frame best I can and see how it turns out, so far it is going very well, forks are done, polished and bearings regreased.
I plan to use period Shimano 105 1050 series etc - sorry do not know all of the serial numbers, but anyway use period parts thru out.
I do not think this will take long to do.
I looked on ebay for the seller of the decals but looks like the decals are in black so I ask if they can do them in red, blue and yellow, if not I will order them and get my local sign maker to do them in correct colour.

Hello all,
I am having trouble finding a wheelset for my Quadra.
Does any one know which wheel rims this bike came with originally.
There are plenty 105 hubs for sale so... maybe I could build the wheels?

The above bike is a series 1.
Series 2 Quadra (marked as such on the chain stay) was seven speed from memory. Either way it will be nice. Seven speed is HG rather than UG so easier for cassettes. Depends how keen on originality you are.
