10 years later, and I just bought a Bull Frog Trail from Bavaria (Germany). Maybe it was yours? You wrote that you are still searching for the original tyres. Well, the one I just bought has the original tyres on (and full LX group) - so this might either be yours 10 years later, or from another owner. Funnily enough, you are also located in Bavaria.
The bike is currently on the way up north near Hannover to my location. I will give it an own build / rebuild thread since the previous owner changed several things for comfort reasons (as usual, with older guys)
. I will put it back to original as far as I can but give it a full XTR M900 group and 2 or 3 Syncros parts.
