How ridable is the chop in the 3rd pic and what would one cost me?

I rides really well because it's so low down and so long (8.5ft) long it freewheels for ages hills can be interesting though.I could be yours for £40 to be honest i have not ridden it in ages and i could do with the space back in my shed
