When my '96 Zaskar was new I used a 27.0 X-lite seatpost as that's what the shop told me would fit. I split 2 posts (between clamp & shaft) before I found out I needed a 27.2.

It's strange, because some people say it's a 27.0 and some say it's a 27.2! I wish I had a 'normal' seatpost in there at the moment instead of the USE one because then I'd know. I've checked the USE sleeve and it doesn't give anything away on there either.
I'll measure it up before I get a new post just to make sure.
