i'd replace the chain and the rear cassette. the chainrings look ok to me. use new parts for this - second hand is a false economy.

can any one send me a link or point me in the right direction for the type of cassette /flywheel i will need thanks

it depends on what rear hub you have

if it matches the rest of the kit on there, you probably need

oh and you will need

to swap the cassette

along with a chain breaker to change the chain

Thanks very much CCE i guess ill start by replacing those bits first and see what happens
