Just been looking at this thread again since last year and it's got me slurp!! , sorry i'm drooling again :facepalm: .

I'd forgotten just how cool this bike looks so all i need now is to get my currant bike road worthy then get on to saving the pennies so i can have a cool Muddy project ..

has this really neat cable routing for the rear brake- through the handle!
am actually on the look out for a Muddy Fox Courier Mixte [late 80s] and a Shuttle...

I really like the Mixte version, the twin top tube with the curved brace looks fantastic .

In 1990 I had a bike identical which I built from the frame and handle bars up, and sadly it got stolen from Richmond College in 1991, West London. Was heart broken.
Yours is looking great and always remember the angle of the falks and 531 butted frame.

I work as a mechanic for a bicycle charity. We had this donated today, I presume it’s an 84’. Just wondering what it’s worth to the charity?
