MS Racing Comp XT

I bought a MS Racing Comp XT but realised it’s far too big for me. Anyone any ideas how much it’s worth? It’s in good condition, a small amount of rust on the top tube, parts look original. Ideally I’d like to swap it for the same frame but smaller but feel that’s unrealistic

I paid $50 Canadian for mine a few years back as a donor bike. They don't seem particularly well loved.
