Moving canti bosses on some P2s

I have a set of 700c P2s with a lovely 300mm steerer tube that I would like to convert to 26" wheels.
So I guess I need to get the old bosses taken off and some new ones brazed on. Any ideas how much this is likely to cost and who might do such a thing. I don't seem to have any frame builders near me in Hampshire,

Not sure if these would fit but could save you on welding and can use the forks with any wheel size.
