Mountain bike with 80cc engine!

serious issues with police,tax,insurance etc
i know the electric bikes on the market get round this by having a max speed of 15 mph-this 30 mph uphill stopping would be a bit of a sruggle
mind you a couple of years back clarkson tested a push bike with a small jet turbine on it it was the equivilent to about a 50cc engine but a gas turbine
it went like s###t off a shovel,nightmare to stop,clothing and small children got sucked into it BUT cars gave you lots of room-if they got too close the exhaust gas melted there bumpers
