MORATI crankset

Last week, a road morati crank with boone rings and Philwood BB was sold for 900 euros

And they had a crack in them!

So a brave person to buy these when they may crack one day!!!??? Or may not?

The polished crankset, with boone rings and ti BB just sold for some $676 with a crack. The crack can be rewelded easy. I almost went for them myself.

My guess is that the weld was ground down and resulted in the separation.

It was sold and now, it's still on ebay…
Where is the crack ?

For a crank, stem, bar… I wont stand a weld for a "resurrection" . It would be dangerous … :?

That's a new one, not the cracked MTB one from last week. This guy obviously has far too many of these cranks!

The crack on the last one was on the rear of the spider.

I have got two sets of MTBs cranks only...
On eBay is a road crankset...
And I am pretty sure,that they are hand polished with custom decals.
Mines are with original lettering,untouched.
And again,some cracked,most of them not

It does not come with the spacer for the big ring, also it has no
MORATI blasting on it, no serial number either. It may be leftover
stock when the company was shut down.
