Modern (sorry) but really why try and sell this

it would be fairly straightforward, firstly tack it together straight , then grind all the damaged areas off to a bevel and wrap new carbon in place with epoxy resin (remembering all the inner layers are unidirectional ) over the ground area , a "bulge" would actually make a stress riser and should be avoided ,given how cheaply that frame will sell for it would cost only approx 1/10 of the normal price after repair and would be perfectly safe IMO.
 
You can cut off the front triangle, stick in a seat post and saddle (a nice old leather brooks is good) and you have a perfect wheel building stool. I have one at work ;-)
 
I have no problem as such trying to sell it just don't personally see why you would buy it. Id never trust a repair when it has fractured in so many places in the first place despite the merits of doing a repair as a cheap way of getting a New bike.

If you want a frame for a jig go to the skip, loads of rusting bso's there!
