Missing revoshift screw - help needed

I know these parts aren’t very retro but you guys are so nice I thought I’d ask.

On my revoshift SL-RS41-7….

While fitting a new cable I’ve lost the tiny screw holding the fascia on my grip shift. I can’t find a Shimano size for it only a not very useful part number (item 2):



Does anyone know what size it is? Maybe M1 or M1.2 by 3mm?
Does anyone by any chance have a spare they would sell me?

Go to a hardware store with the one you have, find the small bolt section match the threads to a bolt, buy another screw with the same thread pitch. Cut to size and file if needed.
