Glad to hear all is well, I do have a soft spot for cats. Our neighbours cat is always visiting and very affectionate. . My friends cat lost a battle with a car yesterday so nice to hear good cat news.

I've known Cats go missing for weeks and then come back as if nothing ever happened, so don't lose hope

I'd recommend you have the vet check the cat. It may have been dehydrated which can affect kidney function.
