Canti levers

Got two pairs in black with silver levers. Reach is adjustable. Both in A1 condition. One pair has black/silver adjusters, the other silver/silver. But these are swappable-over.

One pair is branded Tektro (stamped into the underside of the clamps). The other looks to be identical but has no branding. I think they're both modelled on the iconic Dia-Compe SS5 (shorter lever than the SS7). Both look unfitted but I must have had one pair of them on my 91 GT and then with thumbies on my Roberts White Spider before going over to the dark side (Vs).

I thought the Ritcheys in your link looked very trick (but only if there's a pair) and well-priced! Let me know if I can help.

Vintage canti levers

Here's a pic of the two pairs I've got. The ones on the Ison bag look unused (I have had them 20 years or so, so please excuse my memory). They have no branding on them as far as I can see. The levers are slightly longer (about 5mm) on these than the ones on the right, which are Tektro. The Tektros have been used, as there's traces of grease in the cable nipple cut-out, and there's minimal marking round the allen head bolt which the lever pivots on. I think they came off my Roberts White Spider quite early on - certainly less than a year as I got it in '93 and went over to 8 speed STI in '94.

I can mix and match the cable adjusters if interested. Happy to pass on to a good home at a fair price!
