Generally good though. The survival of the cranks suggests that the bike has had very little, or very gentle use - the death of the elastomers isn't inconsistent with that, as they can rot with the passing of time, whether ridden or not, especially if lithium grease used. It's also unusual to see the Maguras retained, although I don't know why so many owners ditched them.

I am sure you are right about the size but how can you tell. Because it is a 17in i may a bid on it but not if 18.Have sent message to seller to confirm mesurments of c-c and c-t.
