Middleburn crankset (liberated from ebay)

I rescued this Middleburn crankset from the indignity of going (what I thought seemed) very cheap on ebay this week. I've never really owned any fancy cranks - could someone identify the model for me? They came with a decent XT BB with an axle length of about 122mm - does that seem right?

I have a little purple project that they would be nice for - at least the cranks and spider, not the rings - viewtopic.php?f=6&t=292714#p2199119
But they might be a bit too good for it...

Had a look to see what you won them for.

You jammy bugger :p
:) I honestly don't know what the market value of these is (mainly as I'm not even sure of the model of the cranks!) but it seemed likely to me to be more than I paid, at least :)

Re:

They are RS2.
How much did you pay?
There some in the for sale section that haven't sold for £60 which seems cheap to me.

I think I got them for about £40 plus postage. I'd planned to put them on the DynaTech but the chance came up to get hold of something I really wanted, so put them up for sale (plus a couple of other high end bits I'd been hoarding) to fund the purchase. So they went back on ebay and fetched about £135.

Not seen the set on the for sale page but if they're in similar condition I'd guess £60 is way (too) cheap?

Re:

They're probably my favourite Middleburn cranks.
I lent mine to my dad around 8 years ago along with a Klein and RC30 forks and he won't give them back now!

You got a bargain then!
