Hi Jamie,
I'm certainly enjoying the Rolls saddle more than the Brooks Professional that I tried first.
The bike rides really nicely, it has a lovely springy feel to it, but TBH any steel bike with 622/25 tyres would on the smooth roads near me north of Frankfurt. The handlebars are a bit narrow (42 instead of 44, my usual width) which I notice. The contact points are all now in the right places.
There is plenty of space at the brake and chain stays for 622/28 so I'll put them on when the Schwalbes wear out.
The drivetrain is now perfectly dialled in and I have flawless shifting up and down the cassette and it brakes well too. I can't fault the cheap Sora/Tiagra mash-up group on it. My smallest gear is 34/30 which should get my lardy arse up just about anything in the Taunus.
Next project is a NOS Serotta Atlanta with a Columbus Minimal fork and full 105 11-speed drivetrain. There will be a bit more carbon on that build, should come in around 8.5kg.
