Lovely machine. I didn't know that Mercian did lugless frames. They made an excellent job of this one!

Looks a bit 'Telecom'ish' to me.

I think I do prefer the look of 6400. Economics played a big part in choosing the Chorus at the time - the whole build kit inc wheels and bars ended up costing me not very much after I sold the too small frame it arrived on.

In a positive way it’s one of those bikes you don’t notice you’re riding. It just rolls and handles really nicely so you can get on with enjoying your ride. Then when you stop you get to admire it!

Definitely a quality about the way Campag works over Shimano too. I run bikes with both brands, both work well just in a different way.
