Pretty sure one of my frames has that double-skin arrangement. So much post in the frame that maybe force isn't the best option.

Ahh theres the man that won this!!, get a blow torch, heat up the post, hot, but not so much it burns paint, then chuck a bucket of water over the whole job- repeat the process till free!. Because the aloy post cools at a different rate to the steel frame it frees itself no probs and guaranteed to please the inner teenage pyromaniac :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
