Haha that sounds promising, I do think I'll be riding modern as i do love comfort and capability these days, but I also have retro beauties to bring and play about on/show too.

I should have chosen my words a little more wisely and made it clear I was referring to the ten man teams

Yep Muz is in another league and also a four/five man along with a host of others like you who are up for challenge - however I think the relaxed / lard arse ten man teams are all made up with gents of the slightly fuller figure and non of us capable of a blistering lap :|

@ Twister & xxNick75 how would you feel about having me and Mrs SP? She is erm, not fast BUT she’d only do one lap and due to the lack of mixed teams we’ll place a LOT higher than last year!

@Splatter Paint, I’m not erm fast either, , but that sounds great. One of my colleagues did make noises about joining us, but they were very vague and uncommitted noises.

How would you feel if he did firm up his position and we ended up as a mixed 5 rider team?

My cx season ends this weekend coming, so will be on the mtbs from then, so hope to be in decent shape by June.
