Mavic Ksyrium history

Anyone out there that have any knowledge about the Mavic Ksyrium story?

When came the red spoke?

Which year has what written on it (the coloured spoke)?

Last year for SSC first year for SL?

AFAIK they were introduced in 1999 - black version only.
Mk2 came in 2002, black rim with silver milled rim.
Mk3 in 2004, silver rim and spokes.
Red spoke version came to commemorate 10 years since the Helium in 2006
Countless version since...
Binned my Mk2s about 5 years ago when found I couldn't buy a replacement rim - Mavic stop spares support after 5 years. Haven't bought anything Mavic since...

thanks a lot! exactly what i needed!

Deeply into Mavic, great wheels, have many of them both factory made and rims + dura ace. Never had problems with spares, but i have heard stories like yours on different forums. Mavic have sold hideous amounts of wheels. There will be some complains. but i do agree that 5 years is too short.
