I have just bought a Kona muni mula and it has these forks fitted,
They look in really good condition but were empty of pressure and some oil leak from sanction.I have put air pressure in them and they are holding pressure okay,i have noticed the wheel seems to sit to one side in the forks ,not sure why? I have swapped the wheel around in forks and is still the same sitting to the same side.
Thanks for any help ..

I have sorted it ,the fork brace was bent slightly ..straightened it and the wheel sits perfect now.

it wouldnt of been the wheel, not if it sits to the same side when fitted both ways around... also if you change the bolts in the brace, it can be hard to get ones with heads the same size as the originals which leads to this problem, so make sure they are well tightened.
Oil leaks are common with old bombers, change out the dust seals and wiper seals, they are the 32mm size. You can get enduro ones on ebay for £27, theyre not difficult to fit but can be a little stiff at first

Thanks for the advice,i have ordered seals from enduro..they are 30mm in size ..
I have stripped them and they are excellent condition inside.whats best to clean them with inside?can I use brake cleaner or gunk?

Re:

Isopropyl and a bottle brush (extended on a stick).
Although I think disc brake cleaner may be the same stuff...???
