Help! - Issues with vintage Marzocchi bomber fork

New here,

Can anyone help me identify what forks I have , I’m looking y to use these in a fun project and I acquired them at a swap meet. Someone mention that they may be Marzocchi. But I cannot find anything about these particular forks

I can upload more photos and “identifying numbers and symbols” that are stamped into the left and right fork legs and triple tree.

I could use your help. I’m stuck

Post a photo of the whole fork - people will recognise the shape and get the brand easier than from a pic of a casting
- once you've got that you'll be able to search down the model and date quite fast

Isn't that a motorcycle fork?

it looks rather rough cast to me a bicycle for to me, but stranger things have happened. hard to put any scale to it without a full picture.
doesn't look like a Marzocchi for though, brake tabs aren't right.

It was definently used in a motorcycle . I bought from a lady who had a 1979 Cb750k gas tank that went with it ..

That’s all I know, and then “Google Lens” pointed me towards Marzocchi.

sorry, I think you are in the wrong place Bud, this is a forum for bicycles rather than motorcycles.
there are a few of us here who play with motorcycles too though.
MZ did make forks for motorcycles, in fact that's where they started, with trials and dirt bike forks. they made for MotoGuzzi for a while and I seem to remember husky too. if they are aftermarket, it's normally just the legs that got changed, the crowns were standard from the bike.

they look like a road fork to me rather than a trials fork. the bridge is interesting as it isn't incorporated in to the mud guard mount. that could be a clue. there is also a sticker on the last picture you posted that's been painted over, see if you can peal it of, you might be able to read what's on it from the back and that will be a massive help. they are also an air over oil fork, which again is unusualish.
otherwise I suspect you are in to trawling the net for information I'm afraid.

Thanks my guy, the person who I bought them from said the were for early 1980s kasawasaki zr1000 project. But who knows ..

I’ll go surfing some more online and i appreciate you taking a look and for the responses
