Marmite, Lover or Hater?

I'm a long time lover of Marmite and so are most of my family. But have been very surprised with the varied response I often get from colleagues when I have it on toast at work.... So it led me to thinking how do my fellow retrobikers feel about the black stuff?

Being a Veggie. It's an Important part of my diet.

One of lifes great pleasures is Thick Granary toast and butter, Marmite and Cold mature cheddar cheese slices on top.

You don't have an option for; indifferent, as sometimes I like it and have it on everything and other times it just sits in the cupboard maturing for months/years.I don't love it, but I will eat it sometimes, which is odd, because I used to hate the stuff and used to compare it to like licking disposable battery chemicals(non Duracell type)

Marmite is wrong, simple as that, if people think they like it and must eat it they should do it in the privacy of their own home and not enforce the stench on other people!

Al's come out as a veggie?!

Im with silverclaws, dont like it hugely but dont dislike it.
Good to put in gravies and sauces but i havent done that for quite some time.
