there should be a serial number stamped under the bottom bracket. 9 digits if i remember correctly. post it and we will tell you what year it is.

Thats quick...the number on the LH side of the BB is
FT6GACO

And there is another on the RH side which is,,,,02E

The ti ones were all different due to the varied sources for each.

so we are out of luck with that serial number. could you post some pictures of the frame?

No problem,,,I'll try to get some pics tomorrow. I'm not sure if it helps,,but there is a small sticker on the BB which says "Made in Taiwan".
Also a similar sticker on the lower end of the head tube numbered;
