Both are tasty, but what I really liked in your photos was the Indian Fire Trail frame set. I had that bike with Deore LX/XT before I put together my Team Issue!

If I am suspending front, the roller stem is not needed (roller would go unused.) I need to source a 120mm Ritchey WCS I think, and as much as I would like to keep the bars original, they are 20 years old and I am 190 lbs, and I would hate to snap them off doing something crazy to try to relive my glory days. Painful. So I expect in the interest safety the bars are going to be swapped with something like but newer/stronger.
