Marin advice

you can pick up Marin's quite cheaply on Ebay - not currently very fashionable... even the higher end Pine Mountains etc don't fetch much. We're talking £30-40 for a frame in some cases.

yeah id agree with that. very underated in my opinion. makes them good value though.

im sure there was someone struggling to give one away last week. Truely sad!

i think they managed to get rid of it in the end. i think it was a case of lots of people wanting a nice free frame but living to far away to make collection viable.
 
Unfashionable? Doesn't bother me. I need a bike that can handle the Isle of White so something a bit tourer like.
Why do you fancy that bike?
What do you think it may go for?
 
well for a start its retro :p
but it looks very very tidy, in really good condition.
and currently going for a snip.

dunno how much it will end up going for i've not really seen that many retro marins on ebay (or should i say not had my eye on any)
