I though I'd already posted about this, apparently not.
I fix those Mafac adjusters that always break. They have a little stub that goes in the lever body, it's brass and too weak and it bends and then breaks. I take the broken ones and drill in from the bottom end and silver solder a bit of stainless tubing in (real silver solder, not that "silver bearing" stuff).
10 GBP a fix, exchange basis, I'll post you one when you post me yours, you pay me when it gets there.
Pic below shows a bent one and a fixed one, the stainless goes up inside halfway to the end of the hex section:
