Macretro fat camp

In an attempt at health I've just finished a takeaway indian (Chicken saag, garlic naan) and I'm having a nice glass of shiraz now.

No Guinness today though!
 
Guys do you know how Sumo's pile on the fat/bulk?
They have a big meal and have a kip after it.
Your metabolism will be slowing down as you approach the
end of the day (see above) :roll:
 
I guess if you don't eat after 8 then you don't consume the calories. Was the calorific totals the same but only to not take any on after 8?
 
I'd counter as well that many pro triathletes will train>eat>sleep sometimes three times a day!
 
Big breakfast is top 3 top tip! I've ditched the crunchy nuts for porridge/weetabix/muesli. Nice low GI will give a steady energy release through the day and keeps the blood sugar in check to decrease the chance of snacking on sugary snacks.

A little but often, I'm not sure of but could help with satiety as long as you are aware of what your taking in. I've never done the grazing thing, too easy to get carried away!
