Macretro fat camp

TK watch your ratio of road to off road, Ive been known to do 250+ miles a week on the road and little or nothing off road. I can assure you that you dont half lose the off road riding skills doing that, you end up riding like a girl OR worse still Big.eck

Oh it was self evident in torridon, over the bars twice and many a line fluffed. Luck got me through.

Went out my regular 10K run tonight and manged to get under 50mins for the first time this year :) happy at that so I am.

= A daily total of 50 miles with 2 Cat 5 hills too, pretty pleased as the first one was solo and I lead the second all the way as the others were on MTBs

Finished on a sprint feeling I could do much more. (that's an end of ride tailwind for you!)

I did write a full ride report but then accidentally closed chrome before I'd submitted it so lost the lot.

Good effort TK, and the fact you were still feeling fresh after the 2nd run bodes well for the weekend.

Get yourself over to Strava though, MapMyRide is soooo last month.

yes it is a bit clunky and battery intensive - I'll be using google tracks for the actual run as it will give me the 7 hours tracking time I might need.

I'll try Strava for my recovery runs next week
