Re: Macretro Fat Camp - 2013/2014

C'mon chubsters, get the weights posted. Home stretch before Chrimbo nights out start to feature.

82.9kg for me.

81kg, I'd been lower through the week but that's the score on the door the day. I must admit I'm less fussed about it just now, my target has always been to get below 80 and I've found myself more looking at a few physical targets ( 10k time and a few strava segments). Still it'll be nice to get under the 80, I'm going to make a concerted effort to reach it by next week.

Oooft! Cannae belive I was down at 81kg, shamefully I'm back up at 88kg. Weighed in on Monday as I'm starting training for the Puffer! Only 16 weeks to go :)

ok back in this year, objective loose a little, shape up / redistribute the weight a bit...

sitting at 86Kg, should loose 1-2Kg holiday easily... then target 78Kg / BMI 22 or 23.

is it still a Wednesday weigh in.

not been a good year  got down to 82Kg in spring, been back to 86Kg basically all summer

went from hanging on & sometimes dishing out some pain to getting dropped easily

I'll weigh in on Friday... I was down to about 82-ish, but up around 84 now, so not too bad. Need to start running again I think, especially now it's dark at night and nobody can see me running like a girly man.

Re:

Well, before my holiday I was still 93kg but the fastest I've been in a long time. Now after a month of not riding I'm down to 90kg, but I bet my fitness will have suffered. Just confirms my theory of not worrying about an arbitrary weight figure and just enjoying riding.
Kaiser, your experience is very common with people using meal replacements. The initial results are fantastic but can't be maintained.

84.1kg... Just threw out all (well, almost all) of the left-over tablet my wife made this week. Get me (mostly) behind me Satan!
