joined myfitnesspal to keep track o food and exercise. me an the missus finally getting back into going to the gym.

I'm currently upto running 1.5k on the treadmill, 15k on bike and 5k on cross trainer.

but away to michael buble this weekend so will have to do a weigh in at some point to get this started again.
