velo there is a chance that I may be coming over to the nations capital next weekend for a romantic break with the wife, and if so, how are you placed to take me out for a wee spin on your local route- should be able to persuade morv to go shopping for a few hours if we go and would be good to see your locale- will keep you posted, that is unless you are off to CV.

If it was up to me I'd be doing much more, but team orders are team orders :roll: they were concerned about the lap times on a Klunk but going on yesterday, I think there would be little difference TBH. Hoping I get a good couple of stints in as it's a long way to go for just 2-3 hours riding.

can you not just take 2 bikes- prove to them with the second lap on the alternative bike that the klunker is worth it's salt?
