I reckon its possible to build a mono wheel trailer using a cheap old frame as a donor. I think I'll give it a go. My plans only involve less than fifty percent of said frame via a hacksaw

OK, today's bodge-o-rama starter for 10... Inners Death on the downhill bike - was playing about last night with wheels - 26" MTB into 27" roadie?

Obviously calipers are now too high. So I've seen the drop-bolt stuff on the web:

But I'm wondering why you couldn't just use a couple of alloy strips bolted into place where the brake blocks would normally go. Then drill another hole in the plate for the brake block level with the rim.
