Not read that link yet but think i've done something similar. Braemar to Loch Muick via Jock's road and Glen Clova. Twas a big day, Jock's road turns into a major carry towards the top, no getting away from it, it's not fun. The descent into Glen Clova though, that ranks as some of my favourite ever riding, if it weren't for the drainage channels it would be just about perfect.

looks like a great ride! only thing is its the day after 10UTB. Has me wondering what Millars involvement would be if any. One of my cycling heroes and the reason I got into road cycling.

not seen it but is that the single wheel "bob" - I think rob has one of those, maybe not this sus version though ....

Correct but mines is the non-sus model and its less £££ and less kgs
but it still not cheap :?

you get them here for £280 - http://www.activekidsgear.co.uk/bob-yak ... p-171.html - seen pics of people mountain touring with them so they must be pretty tough, would be good for a weekend camping run, looking at it I could probably get my inflatable canoe on the back.

Im planning mountain touring this year with it, but I'll tell you the price of spares for them are ridicules :shock:
I thought it would be a good 'booze waggon' on a MacRetro fun run some where
