Did GT today with the big V, who was on fine form on the Shite Lightning.

Rob couldn't make it, missed a fine day. Missed most of the rain, did a wee bit of hidden GT, also the Spooky Woods diversion from earlier in the year (still fine, wish they'd extend it), and topped it off with Berm Baby Berm a couple of times. What a hoot.

Sorry about the 'no show' guys I woke up at 4.00am chocking and couldnt stop coughing after that finally go up with a sore head :x
Ive had this for about 5 weeks now, visit to the Doc's I think :?

Did get out on the road bike later, did a fast 45 miles then back home into the bath then I heard the rain come on, nice timing

The 'Right' Lightnin' was fair flying around GT and I was in my racing zone but on the downs I couldn't keep ZZ in sight hence he had time to set up for pics and thus I'm in them all :roll:

Tried a bit of more extreme freeride park, scary, not my style :shock:

Just been out for a couple of hours on the MTB I knew it was time to head
home when the rain was running out ma ass! :shock:
I stopped for a minute at the garage car wash and got some kind sole
to hose me down a bit fully clothed of course, got home washed the bike
and now the washing machine is on the go. Now for a strong hot sweat coffee and some fig rolls

Did our Tentsmuir 20miler again on Saturday, set of at 3 so got completely soaked on the way home. Took longer this time as we were looking for "new" routes to connect up the single track.

Got bitten by something - don't know what - but it has swollen me knee up and gone purple around the bite, think it will be a bit sore for a few days and itchy as.
Also managed to brush off a huge tick before he got stuck in, thinking longs are a good idea at this time of year.

Kaiser - looks like the Xizang will be imported metal and not USA built medium and Large as 29ers and small/xs as 26ers - local importers decide what to offer. I've mentioned it to the wife, she didn't look overly impressed

Looking at bottom brackets for the next Sunn build and I'm a bit confused - how do I know what axel length I need? Cranks are FSA PowerPro and the frame is a Sunn XChox, which I think is a 1996, but can't find any info to help on Sheldon Brown's database.

I don't have any spare BBs to experiment with so do I have to take a punt and hope it works out? What's the best guess to start with?

I'd love to know that too, I have numerous lengthed BB axles for the old style cup and cone BB's, with me its trial and error. A databasr of chainsets to BB axles would be useful :?
