MacRetro chat and rides thread

Good work. Putting discs on my Yo Eddy is the best thing I have ever done. Imagine the pin sharp handling and good looks of a classic 90s frame but with brakes that work in all weathers!
It's now so good that I have not riden my modern Cotic since July (Glentress aside). Get some modern rubber on there too while you are at it. It will transform any bike.

Imagine the slightly better than canti power of a 1991 cable hope disc. I'll be fine if it is raining, it works better in the wet for some reason.
 
TK, retro discs are of course always allowed :D

I might get away with discs in that my Shimano cable discs are nearly 10 year old ;)
 
rob, remember I said the Paddle scotland event is on sometime in october, I've just found out the date :( :roll:
