Cannot see a reason for not riding Newcastleton or Mabie on the 14th, other than foul weather or ill health, RobMac

As you'd be my Chauffeur you get the decision as to which venue, either way it'd be a slow circuit as I'm not fit at the moment.

Just a thought though, Drumlanrig is in the same area

Never been to Drumlanrig.............will try it on Sunday.

The Drum is old school fantastic, loads of unsurfaced but well drained single track through the woods. Very rooty though and you have to pay for parking but its got a bike shop, cafe, bike wash, showers etc

The Azonic WIP

I have some hope brakes and have yet to decide on crank choice. I have the race face with chain doodah or a pair of XT's. The seat/seat post has been pinched from the kona but apart from that I'm almost there Oh and the tyres will be getting swapped too for some spesh chaps I have.

looks cool but that saddle is 'orrible, you need to wear a see you jimmy hat to match :twisted:

Sunday at Drum

I may try to get to Drum on Sunday. Things are calmer here with work and Heather is off Sat/Sun but I would have to drive straight back up afterwards.
hhhhmmmm, could be a plan, a cunning plan my lord!
I will have to discuss with the higher power and get back to you in the morning.
As my T shirt says..... I live with fear everyday......and some weekends she lets me race.

Jamie and Marmite - if you are doing a lot of traveling for the next run then the combined meet with the Yorkies at Kirroughtree is on the 27th - would be good to see you both there I think the turn out will be pretty good on that date.
